Welcome to Liquid Wallpaper, an app developed and published by Commit Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Liquid Wallpaper mobile application (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the App
The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not modify, copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
You must not use the app in any way that violates local or international law.
2. Content and Ownership
All wallpapers in the app are sourced via the Lummi API.
We do not claim ownership over the wallpapers and we do not host any content on our own servers.
All intellectual property rights of the app’s UI, design, and functionality belong to Commit Studio.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Liquid Wallpaper offers auto-renewable in-app subscriptions for unlocking premium features.
Payments are handled by Apple and charged to your Apple ID account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
4. Refunds
All purchases are final and managed by Apple.
For refunds, please contact Apple Support directly.
5. Privacy
We do not collect, store, or track any user data.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time for any behavior that violates these Terms.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
